"Food is the best way to discover another culture"

Sean's culinary journey began almost immediately after his birth. Thanks to his grandmother's organic farm, he grew up with a love and respect for fresh produce that remains with him today.

​

This deep appreciation for fresh organic food and its origins is the foundation for his unique flavors and style.

Shortly after completing his culinary training in top restaurants in Germany, Sean moved to Barcelona, where he immediately fell in love with Mediterranean cuisine.

​

He's worked for the most prestigious hotels such as the Ritz Carlton and Michelin-starred restaurants such as Chef Sergio Arola's "Arola"

and the "Enoteca" of Chef Paco Pérez, where he's continued to deepen his culinary knowledge.

The Michelin-starred kitchens instilled in him a strong work ethic and the discipline and organization necessary to thrive at such a level.

After 8 years, he decided to turn his back on Barcelona and continue traveling to explore the world, discovering authentic flavors and ingredients from their very roots and combining even more his passion for cooking, travel and adventure.

​

his journey took him via morocco to south Africa and southeast Asia, always in search of new cooking techniques and authentic flavors.

​

The opportunity to work aboard superyachts opened the way to the private culinary sector, where he was eventually able to apply all the knowledge he'd acquired worldwide and create unforgettable culinary experiences for his clients.

​

In 2021 he came to Mexico City and is now discovering a whole new continent full of flavors and ingredients. Sean is always striving to improve his culinary skills and now offers his excellent cuisine in Mexico and North America.
